I’msme Business Network: Terms and Conditions of Use
The Terms and Conditions of use of the I’msme networking platform are hereby presented for all members and prospective members. It is understood that by registering you read them and agree to adhere to the code and conduct of this platform. These terms are subject to change in the future as per the requirements of the platform. I. We will post notice of the change on our site.
The following are the codes and conducts:
- Content: All content on the online platform is owned by CII. The exception to this is the user generated content which may be published on the site like member profile, organization or personal information. I’msme is not responsible of any content posted on the website that may be objectionable to other member/members.
- Content Abuse: Members agree not to post any defamatory, illegal or offensive material on I’msme, and to take responsibility for all material they post. Any such material that comes to our notice will be removed without warning. This includes links to offensive material (at our discretion). If you feel you have a compelling reason to link to such a site it is beholden upon you to make the content of the destination page clear to any other member who may follow the link.
- Unauthorised Use: The content on the Network cannot be copied or used in any manner that infringes on the IP rights of the other users on the network. Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless I’msme Ltd against all claims, damages or costs that arise directly or indirectly from your unauthorised use of I’msme or any materials and information contained within I’msme.
- External Links: I’msme is not responsible for the content of any external sites that we may link to. While we will do our utmost to ensure that the destination pages of our outgoing links are appropriate to the spirit of our site, we have no control over anyone else's website. If you discover a link to an inappropriate or offensive website please inform us and we will remove the link as soon as possible. What is deemed inappropriate or offensive is at the discretion of I’msme.
- Information Security: You are responsible for the security of your username and password. You are responsible for any actions carried out using your account. Please ensure that you keep your login details private and don't enable automatic logins on any public or shared computer or device.
- SPAM: We will not tolerate the use of our site to spam other members. We don't like spam or spammers (see our privacy policy). We understand that there will be times when it will be entirely appropriate to recommend a product or service, but if such behaviour becomes repetitive, and is not germane to the discussion it is posted in, the offending posts will be removed and your membership status will be reviewed. Nobody likes having their membership status reviewed!
- Membership Termination: I’msme reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time. We will endeavour to use this drastic action as a last resort, but we will not jeopardise the health and happiness of the community for the sake of individuals and niceties. We will make every effort to warn any member in danger of being asked to leave, but we do not guarantee that a warning will be issued.
- Service Uptime: Our service is provided on an “as is” and an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or 100% reliability of our service. We will do our best in this regard however.
- Downloads: Any material downloaded through the use of our site is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the downloading of any material through this site or any site that we may link to.
